 A Diverse Lineup of Programs

Business Breakfast Series
The NSTC program calendar includes the Business Breakfast Series, a well-established series of ten monthly breakfast meetings that are held at the Peabody Marriott, directly off Route 128. The NSTC Business Breakfast Series is a highly interactive and informative business meeting designed to engage all participants. Meeting topics encompass business issues that impact the region’s technology industry, including software, semiconductor, communications, life sciences and professional services companies. If you have a compelling idea for a NSTC breakfast topic or would like to recommend a speaker, please feel free to contact us at programs@nstc.org

Networking Nights
The NSTC also offers pure networking events where technology and affiliated professionals can connect to create productive business-to-business relationships. Our Networking Nights are typically held monthly at the offices of hosting NSTC corporate members or at various public meeting venues on the North Shore.

And for added fun and camaraderie, the NSTC hosts in December its annual Meet, Mingle, and Jingle holiday party.

First Friday Bioscience Seminar Series
The First Friday Bioscience Seminar Series, organized by the Biomedical Section of NSTC, provides a forum for monthly lunchtime presentations either at the Cummings Center in Beverly or Cummings Park in Woburn. The seminar series offers both an opportunity for informal networking and provides a forum for scientific exchange. The seminar tag line is “Get to know your neighbor’s business” and the speakers are generally scientists or founders from local companies. Our goal is to support the growth of the life sciences sector locally through a strengthened sense of community among the participants and to promote awareness of the strength of this growing sector.  A number of new life sciences companies have been established recently in the region, in part because of growing awareness of the vitality of the sector in the North Shore.

Please email info@nstc.org if you are interested in learning more about Biomedical Technology programs.
