Guest Speaker: Wendy Hultmark, Wendy Hultmark Coaching
Have you tried to find mentors, peers, and others in the life and/or applied sciences fields who share similar challenges, obstacles, and frustrations with feeling included or able to move your career forward? NSTC and InnoVenture Labs invite you to join us to meet, network, and share experiences with women and others in technical careers. This informal conversation is open to anyone in leadership, science and engineering, or a support role in the life sciences, biotechnology, applied sciences and/or clean tech fields. This is an opportunity to meet diverse people in related scientific fields, form connections, and talk openly about the things we face every day being others in a tech world.
About This Month's Speaker

Wendy Hultmark is a certified professional coach who helps scientists navigate career and leadership challenges beyond the bench. After 25+ years as an HR leader inside scientific organizations like Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and as HR partner to Cell Press and Elsevier, she became a professional coach to provide leaders the kind of thought partnership that is missing in most workplaces.
Over the past five years in her coaching practice, Wendy has served scientists who want to tap into the full human potential of their lab or who are contemplating their next career move. Through thought-provoking conversations, Wendy helps these leaders look at challenges from a fresh perspective and arrive at solutions that are uniquely effective for them and their environments.
Wendy has a master’s degree in organizational development and is credentialed through International Coaching Federation.
