TALBOK is the result of her decades-long exploration. This proprietary conceptual framework and methodology helps experts in the creation and implementation of performance indicators that guide their decision-making to achieve better performance. TALBOK has been successfully implemented by experts in a wide range of disciplines, in numerous organizations and institutions across the globe.
