Dan Shores, Chairman and CEO, Shores & Oliver, P.C.

Large businesses look to startups and small businesses to fill innovation gaps; smaller businesses often rely on larger businesses to take on the later stages of development and marketing. This symbiotic relationship is critical to the success of all involved, and it is extremely complex and can be extremely costly if not handled correctly.
Dan Shores, Chairman and CEO, at Shores & Oliver, P.C., and David M. Deems, CEO of Cellaria Biosciences, will explore the legal and small business concerns of IP as a key to successful collaboration between large and small startups and high growth companies developing new technology businesses.
